Kerry Ho, CEO, Vancity Investment Management Ltd.
Kerry brings over 30 years of experience in business and finance to the Inhance funds. Under his leadership and with his extensive mutual fund industry experience, Inhance has become a leader in Socially Responsible Investing. Kerry has served on the Manager's Council of Governors with the Investment Funds Institute of Canada and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alberta and the Chartered Accountant designation.
Stephen MacInnes, Director
With his depth of strategic analysis in both Canadian and global markets, Stephen takes a lead role in the portfolio management of the Inhance funds and has created each fund's portfolio structure and design.
Stephen brings over 30 years of investment management experience to Inhance and the Inhance funds and he possesses comprehensive domestic and global experience in research, fund management, client relations and team management capacities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Miami University in Ohio, USA and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Dermot Foley, CIM | Strategic Analyst
With his depth of knowledge in labour relations, energy stocks and climate change impacts and solutions, Dermot takes a lead role in analyzing the environmental performance, social responsibility and corporate governance (ESG) of companies for the Inhance portfolio. Dermot brings over 20 years of experience in social and environmental advocacy, research and policy analysis. As a key member of the investment team, his role is to assess business practices, management systems and treatment of ESG risk. Dermot is also responsible for determining and executing shareholder engagement strategies on behalf of our funds.
Dermot holds the Canadian Investment Manager designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
Michael E. Brown, CFA | Portfolio Manager
With his comprehensive knowledge of fundamental financial research and quantitative analysis, Michael undertakes a lead management role in our global mandates, and provides co-management support for our balanced mandates. With over a decade of experience in the field, Michael has a focused background in International and U.S. Securities.
He is a graduate of the University of Northern British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and International Business and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
